MEETING SCHEDULE & PAST MEETING MINUTES

The Great Falls Elementary PTA has a strong community of active members. As a PTA member you have a voice in this collective partnership. Each year, we hold five general meetings where topics such as fundraising, budgeting, planning new initiatives, as well as, PTA events and programs are discussed. In addition, guest speakers are invited to present on pertinent issues, such as internet security, technology in the classroom, and parenting strategies. General meetings are open to the entire Great Falls Elementary community (both members and non-members). However, according to our local unit bylaws, only members of GFES PTA shall be eligible to vote in the business meetings of the PTA - a quorum is defined by ten GFES PTA members.
