Roadrunner Giving Campaign (RGC) 2023-2024
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We need your help! Fairfax County Public School System continues to face budget shortfalls for the upcoming school year. Schools (including GFES) will face smaller budgets to meet the needs of their students. With your help, we hope to raise $150,000, so that our beloved GFES maintains its standard of excellence and continues to attract new families to the community. We not only serve our school children and families, we also serve the community.
HOW DOES THIS HELP THE SCHOOL?
Your donation to the GFES PTA’s 2023-24 Roadrunner Giving Campaign will directly benefit our children by providing assistance to our unique strings department (beginning in the 3rd grade!), field renovation, hands on science labs, art enrichment programs and access to diverse before and after school programming, including foreign language learning. Children rely on these activities to develop their interests and to learn about themselves. Your donation will also provide our dedicated teachers with the technology and educational resources necessary to create an inspiring classroom environment.

DIRECT DONATION
This component to our Roadrunner Giving Campaign is our no-fuss, direct donation fundraiser. We suggest a donation of $250 per family, but no donation is too small! Always trust that SOMETHING is better than nothing. 100% of all donations are reinvested into our school! Donations are tax-deductible.

CORPORATE & FAMILY SPONSORSHIP
WHAT DOES SPONSORSHIP MEAN FOR YOU?
Previously our newsletters had only been distributed to PTA Members; however, we have now received approval to send our newsletters out to the entire school’s directory even if they are not members. This means more visibility to your corporate ads.
Our highest tiered sponsors, Road Runner Pride, will receive quarterly features in our Newsletters and Facebook Page! Share stories about your company and special offers!
Great Falls Elementary is part of a very unique community. Our community is very tight knit and supportive. Our special school was also visited by Dr. Reid, the Superintendent of Fairfax County Public Schools, and mentioned in her newsletter.
